Shipping Policy
Currently we are shipping within the UK, but we can ship to other parts of the world. Just get in touch and we can provide you with shipping costs.
In the UK your shipping cost will be calculated based the size/weight of your order.
Free delivery for orders over £50.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours so you should receive your goods within 3-7 business days.
At busy times of the year such as December, orders may take a little longer, this is out of our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns may be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unopened, undamaged packs of tea may be returned or exchanged.
Other goods must be returned in their original packaging and be unused.
We provide costs for returns only if goods are damaged or faulty.
